Only European highest quality carbide is used for the production of all FAMAG® router bits. In order to minimise the unwanted hardness distortion, we have the carbide plates brazed to the steel bodies in a special brazing process, which protects the material structure of the carbide. Low brazing temperatures lead to perfect concentricity without vibrations. All router bits have a shank diameter of 8.0 mm, which we have applied in a fine wet grinding process. The FAMAG® router bits can also be used in a manual router with manual hand feed.

All cutters are laser marked to show you how far you have to clamp the cutters in the collet chuck of your router. We only use high-quality ball bearings, which can be ordered separately, too. This careful and elaborate production process results in our highest quality classification "Excellent" for the complete FAMAG® router bit range.
In October, look forward to the next six of the 12 new FAMAG® TCT router bit sets.
